October 10, 2016 -- Hasse Construction of Calumet City, IL., a Regional General Contractor focused on highly complex and sustainable projects, today announced that it has been selected to build the new site for the Indiana/Kentucky/Ohio Regional Council of Carpenters’ (IKORCC) Merrillville, IN. Training Center and Administration Building. The site, which is conveniently located just off of I-65 near Mississippi Street and 69th Avenue, is the perfect location for future apprentices to gain necessary skills as they work towards lifelong carpentry careers. The groundbreaking was held on Oct 3, 2016 for the new 60,000 square foot training center and 13,000 square foot administration facility. William A Hasse III spoke on behalf of Hasse Construction who will be the General Contractor on the job and will be a 2 building project valued at over $ 15,000,000 with a completion date of January 2018.
