Self-performing the demolition scope of work allows Hasse to make sure we protect any existing structures and finishes to allow for a quick and budget friendly re-build of the new space.
dewatering & Bypass pumping
Hasse has the equipment and years of experience in performing simple to complex dewatering and bypass pumping – making sure your project site remains dry and ready for construction. From sump pumping, to well points, to deep wells – Hasse has the expertise to self-perform dewatering on all of our projects. Hasse also provides bypass pumping for projects such as wastewater treatment plants, water treatment plants, lift station and manhole sewer systems – allowing for continuous system operations.
excavation & Site Grading
Whether your project requires large cut and fills of multiple acres, deep excavations or something in between, Hasse can utilize our large fleet of backhoes, excavators, bulldozers and loaders to perform it all. Self-performing the excavation and site grading allows Hasse to better control costs and maintain the project schedule regardless of what we find under the earth’s surface. Hasse has self-performed excavations as deep as 30’ below grade, and provides sheeting, shoring, or slurry cut-off walls to retain soil and water infiltration.

Whether we are forming and pouring a 100,000 square foot warehouse slab on grade or a 12,000 cubic yard equipment foundation, Hasse has years of experience in self-performing all types of flatwork and structural concrete projects. Hasse’s knowledge paired with our skilled union crews allow us to tackle any concrete project from multistory concrete buildings, to concrete silos, to deep concrete structures, to 2,200 cubic yard single pours. Our self-perform capabilities allow us to maintain the quality, budget and schedule.
carpentry
Hasse’s years of construction experience combined with our highly trained union carpenters enable us to perform almost any type of rough or finish carpentry. Whether it is installing stud framing, drywall, exterior siding, roof trusses, acoustical ceilings, or doors and hardware – Hasse has done it all. Self-performing these often critical path tasks in a project allows us to control the project schedule and budget – often resulting in a quicker project completion.
