Hasse completed new construction for a 16,600 SF Medical Office Building performed under a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) project delivery system. Work scope included site development and a single story steel framed structure with masonry, EIFS and simulated wood building veneers. Interior spaces included two (2) operating suites, holding and recovery area, exam and procedure rooms and doctor / staff support areas.
