TRIaNgle Hills YMCA Camp

The owner had purchased the existing Pheasant Valley Country Club and converted it into a Day Camp for children. Hasse was contracted to renovate the existing clubhouse building and overbuilding the existing roof structure. The project included a 2-level building with an existing concrete plank floor system, wood truss roof, and kitchen. The project resulted in large meeting rooms on both upper and lower levels, washrooms on both levels, electric elevator, new windows, doors, wrap around deck, a roof structure (raising the existing elevation of the building approximately 18 FT) and a covered partial wrap around porch with cedar plank ceilings.
