Owner had issues with rain entering the building at the Loading dock. Hasse demolished existing concrete slabs inside of a truck loading area, replaced that slab, and poured a large exterior concrete slab. All new concrete was sloped for drainage away from the building. Finally, the parking lot required regrading and stone replacement for proper vehicle access along with proper drainage.
