Site work and general construction packages to demolish the existing 7,500 SF maintenance garage building and construct a new 20,000 SF pre-engineered metal building, reusing the existing foundation and slab, that will house the School Town of Munster’s data center, equipment maintenance bays, offices, and classrooms.
