Renovation of an existing single-story 7,500 SF building into a new office area laboratory. Construction includes new HVAC and electrical system, dry and wet fire sprinkler systems, complete build-out to create new offices, bathrooms, kitchen area, conference room, vestibule entry area, new chemical and physical laboratories.
