Construction of a new 67,000 SF Healthcare Center. Work included the following site work: landscaping, site lighting, utilities, concrete pads, irrigation, fountain installation, and drainage system. General construction work included drywall partitions, finishes, sprinkler and fire alarm systems, casework, doors, frames and hardware, masonry, insulation, roof and floor drains, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical and IT systems.
