The proposed new building will house a 6,300 SF Maintenance Shop and a 2700 Administrative office area. The building will be a Pole-Barn type construction and include a large Lean-to on the rear of the building. The project includes all new site work, including mechanical and electrical utilities, asphalt parking nd concrete curbs, sidewalks and aprons.
