This work was to convert a paved alley-way in the downtown district into a public streetscape parkway. The work included removing the asphalt pavement in the alley-way between two buildings, installing brick and limestone entry walls, replacing the asphalt pavement with brick pavers, installing low-height landscape retaining walls to provide space for some plants and small trees, and adding a concrete pad and privacy fence to conceal some trash dumpsters.
