Hasse completed renovations to a 14,000 SF military vehicle maintenance shop and office building. The renovation included the following items: complete demolition and revisions of the staff rooms and offices, including supervisor’s offices, Men’s and Women’s toilet rooms, locker rooms and showers, an inspection library, mechanical room and breakroom. Other areas renovated included a tool room, equipment room, parts room, and a shipping/receiving office. Additionally, four (4) large mechanical service bays were renovated. The work throughout the building included reworking all the electric power and IT wiring, replacing all the lighting, and replacing much of the HVAC equipment. The entire building roof was replaced and the entire exterior building was painted.
