Hasse constructed (2) additional levels and a helipad addition to the existing 3 level poured in place concrete parking garage. The project included all post-tension concrete beams, slabs, columns etc., new precast concrete wall panels to match existing, double elevator tower extension, storefront and spandrel glass walls, painting, sealing, all electrical work.  All work was completed during regular working hours with the first level open at all times during construction for public parking.
