Hasse completed new construction for a 16,250 SF Student Residence Building performed under a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) project delivery system. The work scope included site development and a 3-story wood framed structure with masonry veneer and EPDM roofing building components. The interior spaces included double occupancy dorm rooms, restrooms / shower / laundry facilities, student study and lounge.
