Fred Armstrong has worked with Hasse Construction since 2006 as a Project Manager. He prepares estimates; contract bids, and manages construction projects in the Industrial, Commercial, Education, and Health Care industries. Fred has previous experience as a Construction Manager through evaluated designs, prepared budgets and estimates, controlled design schedule, managed the bidding process, bid evaluation and recommendation to clients.

Fred has also managed project finances, construction schedule and quality control. He graduated from Purdue University-West Lafayette, IN with his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and Contracting Technology. Outside of work Fred is a Boy Scout Leader and the Northern Indiana Historical Power Association President.
